ORIGINAL POST: Finally some good news from an otherwise horrendous situation surrounding Meek Mill’s ongoing legal troubles.
According to a new report, Judge Genece Brinkley has granted Meek an appeal hearing after Meek’s legal team filed a Post-Conviction Relief Act petition.
In the petition, two colleagues of Officer Reginald Graham confirm that the officer lied about Meek’s original arrest under oath back in 2007, leading to Meek being wrongfully convicted.
The appeal is currently scheduled for an undisclosed date in April.
