Tekashi 6ix9ine is headed back to prison.
Just moments ago at the SDNY courthouse, Judge Paul Engelmayer sentenced the 23-year-old Bushwick rapper to 24 months in prison.
Tekashi will, however, be credited with the 13 months he has already served – meaning he will be out by the end of next year.
Judge Engelmayer: Mr Hernandez, please rise. It is the judgment of the court you are to serve a term of 24 months in prison, with five years of supervised release.
