Well isn’t this ironic.
Last year on he & Future’s collab “Where Ya At,” Drake rapped the line “buy the neighbor’s house if they complain about the noise” & coincidentally enough that’s exactly what just happened. According to multiple reports, Drake recently purchased his neighbor’s 4,445 square foot home located adjacent to the infamous Yolo Estate after said neighbor had enough of the frequent parties.
