One of the best duos in rap is getting ready to do it again.
With Metro Boomin coming off what many believe to be his best release to date, and Future maintaining his spot as one of the biggest artists in the game—the Atlanta rapper/producer duo are once again joining forces for a collaborative project.
Nearly a decade following the release of their Monster mixtape, Future has confirmed via Instagram story that the pair will be putting out a brand new album this year.
Over the past few years there’s been a lot of speculation, fueled by both artists, that Monster 2 was in the works—however it has not yet been confirmed that the forthcoming release will be the highly-anticipated sequel. It’s entirely possible that Future & Metro let Monster live as a one off project and start fresh with a completely new title.
