Drake Opens Up About Retirement Plans

According to Drake the light at the end of the tunnel is in sight, at least for his music career.

In a new interview with Lil Yachty, the Toronto superstar has opened up for the first time on the idea of retirement:

I think I’m at the point now where I just wanna like—I feel like maybe we talked about this the other day. I feel like I’m kinda introducing the concept in my mind of a graceful exit.

Drake, now 36 years old, had previously alluded to hanging up the mic at the age of 35—however he walked that statement back in the interview with Yachty, stating that at the time he thought 35 was “really old.”

Whenever Drake does decide to walk away from it all, he will be closing the chapter on one of the most successful careers in music history. Each of his studio albums have reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200, along with all being certified at least platinum. He’s won five Grammy awards, eleven No. 1 singles, and holds the record for most top ten singles (67) and charted songs (293).
