When Meek Mill was sentenced to a minimum of 90-days on house arrest back in March, a Philadelphia judge ruled that Meek would not be allowed to release music while serving out his sentence, however that has now been overturned.  The judge has given Meek the green light to release any new music under one condition: it must be free.  Looks like Dreamchasers 4 might be here sooner than we thought.
