Another say day in the rap community.

27-year-old Chicago artist Fredo Santana has passed away this morning from an apparent seizure.

Reports say the rapper’s girlfriend found him deceased on the floor of his L.A. home at around 11:30 PM on Friday night.

In recent months Fredo was hospitalized with liver & kidney failure, which had been an ongoing struggle for the rapper.
